I have emailed twice about a refund that I was told I would get because I did not stay in the room and cancelled as soon as I saw the room I stayed the night that I had reserved but did not want to stay due to not being happy with the room I have emailed twice as to why I was not refunded to my debit as I was told it would be ok I am waiting on an email please reply I am glad I did not stay another night as I had children beating On my door half the night and loud drunks up until at least 2:30 in the morning
