Important Covid-19 Updates
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we are updating some of our policies to ensure the safety of our guests and employee. In compliance with the CDC guidelines:
We are suspending the in-room housekeeping service during guests’ stays. New towels and amenities will still be provided upon request.
We are suspending our free breakfast service.
We are closing the lobby to our guests; however, guests can still check-in at the check-in window located at the front of the lobby.
At check-in, we will only accept credit card payment. We currently do not accept cash.
Guests can check-out by simply leaving their keys in the rooms by 11 A.M.
We are installing alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations in public spaces.
We are using EPA-approved disinfectants to clean and sanitize all check-out rooms.
Our lobby will be closed from midnight to 8 A.M., but guests can still contact our night audit through a dedicated phone number for emergency assistance.
As the Covid-19 situation in the U.S. continues to evolve, these policies are subject to change. We will continue to look for a better way to safely serve our guests and apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
Lobby and Pool Hours
Lobby: 8 A.M. to 12 A.M. Sunday to Wednesday
open 24 hours from Thursday to Saturday
Pool: 10 A.M. to 10 P.M. (Yes, our pool is now open to guests.)
Our pool operates only in the summer season. Depending on the weather, we typically open our pool to guests around Memorial Day in May and close for the season around the end of September.
Guest will be required to show a valid ID/driver license as well as the credit card used to secure the reservation at check-in. The person whose name is on the credit card must also be present with a valid ID/driver license.
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. local time.
Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. local time.
Late check-in: Because our lobby will be closed at midnight on certain days, we ask that guests who plan to arrive after midnight contact us in advance (before midnight of the arrival date) so that they are not considered as "no-show'' (more information under the No-Show section) and for us to prepare for their late check-in ahead of time.
A credit card guarantee is required for securing a reservation. Prior to your arrival, we may charge a prepayment or a deposit to your credit card guarantee. The deposit amount will be equal to the cost of your first night plus any applicable taxes. If we were not able to process your credit card, we may have to cancel your reservation.
The deadline for a refundable cancellation is 3 days before the date of arrival. Cancellation made within 3 days before the check-in date is not refundable, and the first night of your stay plus any applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file as a cancellation fee. If a deposit has already been taken from your credit card before the cancellation, the that deposit will not be refunded and will serve as a cancellation fee.
For reservation made within 3 days before arrival date, we have a 1-hour grace period of refundable cancellation. After which, the reservation will be subjected to a non-refundable cancellation policy.
Reservation must be cancelled through the same channel from which it is booked. For reservation made through our website, guests can use the Contact page to inform us of the cancellation.
If the guest has never cancelled the reservation and does not show up on the arrival date to check-in, the reservation will be deemed as a “no-show.” In this case, a no-show fee will be charged to the credit card equal to the cost of the first night plus any applicable taxes. If a deposit has already been charged to the credit card, then this deposit will count as the no-show fee and will not be refunded.
No Pet Policy
We do not accept pet, except for service animals. We reserve the rights to cancel any booking reservation on the date of arrival for any guests traveling with their pets. A $100 cleaning and damage fee will be charged for failure to notify our staff of the animals at check-in.
Smoking and tampering with the fire alarm in room are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning and damage fee being charged to the credit card on file.
Infant crib and Roll-away bed
Infant crib is available free of charge on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Roll-away bed is $15.00 + tax per night and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
There is a limit of 1 infant crib per room and 1 roll-away bed per room. Due to limited supply, the availability of an infant crib and a roll-away bed is not always guaranteed.
